Terms of Use
1. Unofficial status. SILENT HILL: Townfall Guide at silenthilltownfall.guru is an independent, unofficial fan publication. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, approved by or connected to Konami Digital Entertainment, Annapurna Interactive or Screen Burn Interactive Ltd, or to any platform holder named on this site. Nothing published here is an official statement, and no page here should be read as speaking for any of those companies.
2. Trademarks and intellectual property.
- "SILENT HILL" is a registered trademark of Konami Digital Entertainment.
- "Screen Burn" is a registered trademark of Screen Burn Interactive Ltd.
- "PlayStation", "PS5", "PS5 Pro", the PlayStation Shapes logo and "Play Has No Limits" are registered trademarks or trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.
- "Steam" and the Steam logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation.
- "Epic", "Epic Games" and "Epic Games Store" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.
- "Unreal" and "Unreal Engine" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.

All trademarks are used here descriptively, to identify the game and the platforms being discussed. No claim of ownership, licence or affiliation is made or implied, and this site's use of any name is not a claim to it.
3. No game assets are published here. This site does not host, embed or reproduce game artwork, key art, logos, screenshots, box art, trophy icons, soundtrack audio or video from SILENT HILL: Townfall. Graphics on this site are original and generated from this site's own design tokens. Official material is only ever referenced by linking out to the official page that publishes it. Quotations from reviews and from official announcements are short, attributed to their source, and used to report what those sources said.
4. No sales, no accounts, no transactions. This site sells nothing. It has no shop, no cart, no payment processing, no account system, no login and no newsletter. We take no money from you and we hold no payment information. Links to stores are provided so you can find the game; we are not a party to any purchase you make, and we earn nothing from it. We have no ability to help with a purchase, an account, a refund, a bonus item or a technical problem with the game — those are handled by the store or platform you bought from.
5. Accuracy, dates and staleness. This site covers a game during its release window, when information changes quickly. Prices, unlock times, review scores, review counts, achievement lists, platform availability and edition contents can all change after we publish. Every date-sensitive fact here is published with the date on which it was checked. A fact that was right on its check date can be wrong today. We are not able to guarantee that any page reflects the current state of anything, and you should confirm anything that matters to you against the official source — the store page in your region, the publisher's own announcement, or the platform's own listing.
6. Uncertainty is labelled, and it is not a mistake. Where we have not been able to confirm something, the page says so, using wording such as Pending verification, Unverified or Not announced, and states what specifically is unresolved. Do not read those labels as a claim that a thing does not exist. Where we say a platform has no announced version, we mean that we checked the official channels on the stated date and found none — not that no version can ever exist.
7. External links. This site links to third-party websites, including official publisher, developer and store pages and official social channels. Those sites are not under our control. We do not endorse their content, we do not guarantee that their content is accurate or current, and we are not responsible for their content, products, practices or privacy policies. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site's own terms.
8. No professional advice, no warranty. The content here is general information about a video game, published as-is for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, this site and its editorial team make no warranties of any kind about the content, and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on it. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Corrections. We want errors reported. As of this page's review date there is no public inbox configured; when one is, it will be named on the contact page, which also describes what a useful report contains. Substantive corrections will be reflected in the page content and in its "Last reviewed" date.
10. Content of the game. SILENT HILL: Townfall is rated ESRB Mature 17+ (Blood, Strong Language, Violence), with PEGI 16 and USK 16 classifications in Europe. This site describes the game and its content in the course of writing about it.
11. Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated as the site changes. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
