Right now there is no contact form and no public inbox. We are stating that plainly rather than publishing an address that does not work. This site is a small static guide, it has no back end, and it does not collect submissions. If you have a correction to send and no channel exists yet, that is a real limitation of this site, not an oversight in this paragraph.
What will change. When a working inbox is configured, this page will name it here, at the top, and it will be the only address we publish. Until then, please do not treat any email address you may find attached to this domain as ours.
What makes a correction easy to act on. When a channel does exist, this is the shape of report we can act on fastest — and it is also the shape to keep in a note until then:
- The page. Which URL on this site.
- The claim. Quote the exact sentence or number that is wrong. A number without its sentence is hard to verify.
- What is right. The correct value, if you know it.
- Your source. A link to an official store page, publisher post or platform listing beats a summary. First-party beats secondary every time.
- The date you saw it. Release-window facts change hourly; the date tells us whether we are both looking at the same world.
- If it is our typo, not a fact, just say so — those are welcome and are fixed fastest of all.
What we cannot help with. We are not the developer, the publisher or the platform. We cannot issue refunds, restore accounts, recover a purchase, resolve a store error, fix a bug, unlock a pre-order bonus, or answer questions about your own copy of the game. Those belong with the retailer or platform you bought from, or with Konami's own support. Sending them here reaches a fan site and nothing else.
What we will not do. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored posts or link insertions, and we do not take review code or gifts that would carry an expectation of coverage. If that ever changes, it will be stated on this page and on the page affected, not quietly.
